Strength 101 is a foundational strength-building class designed to teach safe, effective lifting techniques while helping participants build total body strength and confidence in the gym. Led by Collin McGuire, who specializes in strength development, the class will focus on mastering core lifts such as squat, deadlift, and bench press. Members will learn proper form, movement mechanics, and progressive training principles that support long-term strength gains and injury prevention. Each session combines guided instruction, individualized coaching cues, and structured workouts appropriate for beginners and intermediate lifters alike. Whether you are new to strength training or looking to improve your lifting technique, Strength 101 provides a supportive environment to develop power, stability, and functional strength. Class capacity of 5 members per class. All fitness levels welcome.
